O O VOLUNTARIADO EMPRESARIAL: UMA ESTRATÉGIA DE GESTÃO CADA VEZ MAIS ALTA NO MEIO CORPORATIVO E NA GESTÃO PÚBLICA

 Resumo: O mundo do trabalho é diverso e plural, possuindo diferente espécies, que se distingue pelas suas características. É neste universo que se encontra o trabalho voluntário, exercido por alguém que sem remuneração deseja realizar ações para beneficiar uma determinada comunidade. Trata-se de uma atitude altruística, cujo o que se quer é ajudar o próximo. No Brasil, esse trabalho passou a ser disciplina em lei somente em 1998, mas existe deste 1543, com a criação da Fundação da Santa Casa de Misericórdia, considerado o primeiro núcleo de trabalho voluntário no Brasil. Assim este artigo tem como proposito apresenta o percurso histórico do voluntariado no país, bem como demostrar que as gestões das instituições, estão cada vez mais apostando no voluntariado no meio corporativo e na gestão pública.

Abstract: The world of work is diverse and plural, having different species, which is distinguished by its characteristics. It is in this universe that I find volunteer work, performed by someone who, without remuneration, wants to take actions to benefit a particular community. It is an altruistic attitude whose aim is to help others. Thus this article aims to present the historical path of volunteering in the country, as well as demonstrate that the management of institutions are increasingly betting on volunteering in the corporate environment and public management.
